Accounts registered by users under 13 may be terminated without notice.

- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

MistXI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.

- Disrupt server operations or stability
- Impersonate staff or other users
- Engage in real-money trading (RMT) or account selling
Violations may result in warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans.
5. Enforcement & Moderation
- Enforcement decisions are made by MistXI staff.
- Penalties are issued based on severity and impact.
- MistXI is not required to provide warnings prior to enforcement.
Appeals may be submitted where applicable but are not guaranteed.
6. Availability & Changes
- The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
- Downtime, wipes, rollbacks, or feature changes may occur without notice.
- MistXI may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
7. Donations & Virtual Items
- Donations are voluntary and support server operation.
- Donations do not guarantee service availability or specific outcomes.
- All characters, items, and virtual assets remain the property of MistXI.
Refunds are generally not provided.
8. Limitation of Liability
MistXI shall not be liable for:
- Data or character loss
- Service interruptions
- Damages arising from use or inability to use the Service
